Digital media company located in midtown Manhattan is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support our leadership team. We’re a global digital video technology B2B enterprise platform providing content to media companies, specializing in providing and maintaining digital video for both video creators/content provider and video buyers.

Job requirements

  • Self-disciplined multitasker
  • Manage business and travel calendaring/scheduling
  • Create presentations, memos, correspondence, meeting agendas, and company collateral
  • Professional communication style and appearance
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Capable researcher
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • Social media marketing and knowledge a plus
